Shipping Policy:
Here at MK Stores, we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship very quickly within 24-72 hours! Some items may require additional processing time.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We try our best to get your orders shipped immediately!
At this time, we can only ship to the contiguous 48 States. We cannot ship internationally.
At times, we may be required to change the shipping method based on the destination i.e. shipping via ups instead Fedex, etc. All Free Shipping items will ship via standard ground.
Shipping Damage:
If an item is damaged when it arrives from shipping, please contact us immediately. The manufacturer will replace any damaged or defective parts.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please inspect your item upon delivery for any damage. We allow a 3 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement as needed. We do not do returns on furniture.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!!
Due to the high increase of shipping costs we have the following guidelines for returning an item only if it is NOT damaged. It if is damaged, we will handle all shipping fees associated with sending a replacement to you or a refund if necessary.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it using the following guidelines:
Purchase amount minus the actual shipping & handling costs. You are responsible to pay return shipping of the item. We also incur a 20% restoration fee that will be passed on to you.
